Achilles is a wonderful young man, possessing noteworthy respect and manners, excellent athletic skills, and a sensitive, artistic soul. We continue to look forward to more great things from Jake as he continues on his KIA journey.

Of course we’re just having fun with Rose “Renegade” Hoberg and her husband Kurt “Raphael” Hoberg. This photo was taken at a KIA function in 1992. Rose and Kurt actually met at the Karate Institute of America, having been introduced by Kurt’s mother, who was also a KIA student. Interesting destiny.
